Danny Vincent is a highly accomplished football professional with over 18 years’ experience across playing, coaching, and management at professional and semi-professional levels. A specialist in player development and pathway progression, he combines an “Italian style” coaching philosophy inspired by top coaches like Antonio Conte with English FA methods, creating a unique and effective approach. Danny has coached across all phases from U6 to U23, managed both men’s and women’s teams, and progressed numerous players into professional clubs. With a UEFA B Licence (working towards UEFA A), futsal qualifications, and extensive experience at clubs including Arsenal, Charlton, Ipswich Town, Colchester United, and Concord Rangers, Danny is recognised for his tactical expertise, psychological focus, and commitment to developing players on and off the pitch.

Garry Pond is a co owner and full time football coach with a strong background in both playing and coaching. Garry is UEFA C qualified in football and Level 2 Futsal.  Garry has coached at PSG Academy working with adult clubs coaching in FA Cup matches and semi pro clubs.  Garry also works with local grassroots clubs helping develop and create teams for the future football generation.

Garry will be working closely with Danny Vincent ensuring the team provide a positive power of football to give young people a sense of identity and community so that they develop as people as well as players. A place where they can belong.

David Ginola is a football coach and former professional player with a strong background in Polish football. He signed his first professional contract at just 15 years old with his hometown club and has proudly represented Poland at various youth national team levels 🇵🇱. A graduate of a leading sports academy in Poland, David holds a degree in Physiotherapy in Sport, blending athletic insight with expert knowledge in physical performance and recovery.

Currently pursuing his UEFA C coaching license, David is dedicated to developing the next generation of players. He is actively involved with a grassroots football club at Great Wakering Colts.  Both Garry and Danny are delighted to have him onboard.
